Can I sell my mineral rights if they are currently under lease of if I have minerals that are currently producing?

The entire process typically takes approximately 60-90 days. During this time, we will perform an extensive title examination, where we will trace property ownership back to the early 1800’s and look at every oil and gas lease ever taken on your property. Upon completion of the title examination we will draft any required curative documents, assemble your file and prepare funds for closing.
